You're Invited to a Gathering of Farm-Based Educators
This October, FBEN will convene farm-based educators for 2 ½ days of hands-on learning, discussion, and connection at Shelburne Farms, an education nonprofit and working farm in Shelburne, VT. This Gathering will bring together approximately 100 people to engage in big questions, like “why is farm-based education important,” and to share with each other through workshop presentations, meals, and peer to peer discussion. We'll balance learning on and off Shelburne Farms with time to relax, recharge, craft, and chat in the Coach Barn.

An "Open Space" conversation to support learning on topics that arise throughout the event;
A 1400 acre working farm campus ready to welcome you and your inquiries.

Registration Details
The Gathering (program and accommodations) is offered at no cost due to funding from the US Department of Agriculture. Please consider making a donation to FBEN to ensure that learning opportunities like this are available to farm-based educators into the future. Registration opened September 4th. We expect a waitlist, so register soon!
