The Farm Manager coordinates and implements all aspects of our community, Jewish food justice, educational farm (currently ~1.5 acres) with a small orchard, including planning and production of a mix of crops and distribution through a free, Pick-Your-Own model. The Farm Manager recruits, coordinates and supervises volunteers and interns. The Farm Manager will work closely with other Farm staff, and report to the Director of Environmental and Agricultural Education. The salary range for this position is $38,000-$41,000.
