Red Wiggler Community Farm is seeking an education & training coordinator. This is a full-time, full-year position.

Unique Responsibilities:
You are the expert on vocational training for neurodivergent individuals in our programs.
Setting appropriate individual vocational goals.
Measuring achievement of vocational goals.
Tracking skills development over time.
You are the expert on hosting educational tours of our farm.
Adapting tours for all age groups and a wide range of neurodiversity.
Scheduling and coordinating educational group visits and tour leaders.
Deeply understanding all our programs in order to share our mission and vision with visitors.
Coaching new leaders to provide engaging and educational tours.
Hosting at least one major tour event reaching hundreds of community members.
Reporting for our nonprofit programs in your areas of expertise.
Shared Responsibilities:
Building an inclusive community through leading small teams on farm tasks.
Mentoring 3 - 5 program participants.
Leading tours or workshops for neurodiverse groups.
Maintaining a culture committed to safety and diversity.
Participating in strategic planning.
Designing adaptive operating procedures, and accommodating neurodivergent staff and volunteers.
Work Environment:
This position is ~70% outdoors Spring, Summer, and Fall, and farm work is the basis of all our programs.
Most of your work will be leading small teams of 6-12 individuals.
Some days, you will work with or co-lead large teams up to 50 people.
We pay for snack and lunch breaks because our days are full and busy; staff encourage and model self-care in this very athletic profession.
In the off-season, we enjoy flexible schedules and take paid-time-off to reset and reenergize.
