Dates: January 30, 2023 - December 31, 2023 (renewable)
Salary and Benefits: $36,400 (.625FTE). Part time employees receive 19.375 days (155 hours) of paid vacation time plus 3.125 days (25 hrs) of sick time. Health Reimbursement Account of $454.16/month for individuals ($920.83/month with dependents). IRA Retirement Account with 3% match. Paid family leave.
Classification: Nonexempt, part time (25 hours/week on average, with seasonal variation)

Location: Remote local, on farm once per week

About the Position: The Communications Manager implements strategies and generates content for Soul Fire Farm’s communications platforms, including social media, Love Notes (monthly newsletter) and the annual report.
