- Getting out of the car onto the dark earth, seeing the rustic structures and one Jersey cow on Aunt Becky's chicken farm in Englishtown, NJ. Seeing Aunt Mary's face all lit up as she harvested summer salad from her suburban vegetable garden that bordered her backyard on three sides in Roselle Park, NJ.
