- What is your favorite childhood farm or garden memory?
- Picnics in the hayfield with my parents and sisters...My mum would make a big lunch and pack it in a styrofoam cooler ...cold lemonade, pepperoni and cheese, peanut butter sandwiches, fruit, the kitchen sink. We would meet my dad down on the field for our picnic while he took a break from haying. I can still remember it, hear it , feel that dry July breeze/sunny skies and the smell of dry hay and tractor grease! Heaven!
