We are in CT and parents will be on the property but not with the children. We currently have liability insurance and umbrella which I believe covers 2 million an incident. I have reached out to other programs in the area but am waiting responses.

Hi David, I'm curious for a little background: What state are you in? Will parents stay on the property with their children? What insurance do you currently have? Are there any similar programs in the area that you could talk to?

Childrens Garden????

I have just succesfully marketed a "Childrens Garden" program for 20weeks where kids ages 3-5 will come for 2 hrs 1 day a week and beexposed to gardening from seed to harvest. We are charging money forthis and it just dawned on me we may need special insurances or evenState Certification as it is educational by nature. Does anyone knowwhat is needed to do this legally???See More
