Farm education has the power to build character and awaken self-awareness while connecting people to the earth. - What is your favorite childhood farm or garden memory?
- Vague memories of growing tomatoes with my Mom. Many many more memories of playing outside with my brothers and sisters in "the woods", two or three big pine trees that grew between our house and our neighbor's. we built forts, went camping, rode bikes...we spent A LOT of time outside and that connection to the earth is what has drawn me to farming, and compels me to share this connection with others.
