  • May be beneficial to review curriculum for high-schools
    • Family and Consumer Sciences (formerly Home economics)
• Any movement on local legislation
  • Not too much
• What about butchering classe?
  • We are still trying to read the reaction, but something may be offered
• What has the role of OEFFA and SWOEFFA been?
  • It has been most useful to attend their events.
• Partnership for class offerings would be useful
  • Each farm could share their expertise
• Packages offered to school groups is good
  • Ex. Price includes 2 visits to farm and on into school
