Hello.
I grew up on a farm here in New Jersey, and loved that experience...I learned much of my math and science knowledge and love of them just by being outside and exploring.
As a teacher in that same town for 38 years, now mostly housing developments and shopping malls, I always had a garden/outdoor lab for my students to experience some of the same things. They were not exposed to it otherwise.
I am a new Master Gardener and co-chair of the School Programs Committee. We are working with 9 county school on their gardens. Your organization is wonderful and very motivational!
I have developed many lessons and project-based learning experiences connecting to gardening over the years. What topics, in particular, are you looking for? Thank you. Pat Eisemann
