This year we are starting a scientific research on our farmschool project in the Netherlands. We have done a preliminary investigation based on a children's version of the SelfConfrontationMethod and are pretty contented with this method and results.
I am curious wether anyone has experience in using specific scientific tools in investigating the results of a farmbased education program. Or whether someone can give me some information on recent research on this topic. I am interested in research with children, their parents and or teachers.
What's going on in America? Are there universities who are focussing on farmbased education. Can someone give me names of researchers?

I moved your inquiry over to the new listserv:http://www.farmbasededucation.org/group/generalfbealistserve/forum/...
This way one of our working group members can get you some answers ASAP.
(I also added a picture from the school webpage - I could not resist those little pudgy hands digging in the dirt.)
Thank you for your inquiry and good luck with your work in the Netherlands.
