Chris Henwood Costa, Turning Roots Farm
Time on the farm can serve to reconnect people not only to their food but also to the natural world at large. In this workshop, we will engage in a variety of outdoor exercises to cultivate sensory awareness, develop and sharpen our observation skills and provide a direct experience of nature on the farm. We will also discuss ways to incorporate these tools into farm education programs.

Thanks to all who came to this workshop and shared their energy and insights--on a beautiful, cold VT morning!
I will be sending out an email to those who expressed interest in resources and information but as a start here is a Resource List with some websites and books that I have found helpful. Please feel free to send over any thoughts, questions or feedback.
I will try to get some more info up here in the next week or two.
Be well and keep up the great work of reconnecting!
Chris
