I have been working on plans for a farm-based education program in my area, but am in search of a farm to collaborate with. There are no other programs nearby in our area, but local, sustainable agriculture plays a major role in our communities so I feel confident that I am headed in the right direction. I have much experience running summer camps and environmental programs for all ages so I do realize how much work is ahead of me. I am wondering if anyone else has been in this situation and how you approached the challenge of finding a farm. I am trying to find farmers with similar visions and don't want to intrude on their lifestyles. Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated!

I went to UNH and have friends in the area, while I don't directly know any farmers, I'd reach out to some people from this organization: http://seacoasteatlocal.org, I bet they might help point you to a few leads.
