Everyday jobs include working with kids entering or in high school, performing maintenance on existing structures, splitting wood, mowing, and tilling. Teen crews undertake larger building projects as needed. Applicants must have strong skills in communication, people management, carpentry, and small-machine maintenance; farm experience is a plus.
