Farm Incubator and/or Pastured Hog Management Opportunity

Cascade Creek Farm is looking for someone to take advantage of their Farm Incubator Opportunity.   Located in the beautiful Kootenai River Valley of North Idaho, our 97 acre Idaho Registered Organic farm currently raises grass-fed and grass-finished beef cattle, pastured hogs and pastured poultry.  We have been growing our farm for almost ten years and have a solid reputation with a consistent demand for our products.  We have a large prepped market garden space available for immediate gardening, with a farm pond nearby for irrigation.  Aside from the garden space, we have room and likely extra equipment for developing other complimentary farm enterprises – laying hens, more pastured poultry, rabbits, bees/honey, etc.  Your creativity and enthusiasm are the only limits.  We have three farmers’ markets within an hour drive, several natural/health foods markets in the area and a year-round weekly  on-line farmers’ market available as avenues of selling products.  We are especially interested in someone who would be open to managing our pastured hog operation.  Currently we have housing available, a three bedroom, 1 bath single wide mobile home, with high speed internet included.  We are open to having a couple or small family.  For more information and details, email us at mimi@cascadecreekfarm.com.
