Fernbrook Farms Education Center, located in Bordentown, NJ about 3 miles from Route 206, Route 130, I-95, and I-295.  We are looking for enthusiastic Environmental Educators who are working towards a degree or have obtained a Bachelors degree.  The applicant should be knowledgeable in one or more of these areas; nature, the environment, conservation, ecology, wildlife, basic entomology, and basic dendrology.  Having a passion for educating children ages 6-14 is a must.  As an Environmental Educator you will be working with school field trips that come to our farm during the Fall and spring months.  This is a part-time/seasonal position and hourly pay is based on experience.

Friendly Sheep and Nigerian Goats looking for a New England home!

Two female sheep and 5 Nigerian goats (2 does, 3 wethers) from Newtown, CT are looking for a new home. The goats were bought from different breeders in CT.  Three of them are registered with paperwork. The wethers are all about 2 years old (bought as kids in May of 2011).  Adult doe has been hand milked. All are very social, handled daily, groomed and hooves trimmed.
