Meet at Weir River Farm (come up long driveway and park behind the red barn) then we'll all head over to the East Elementary School (less than a mile up the road) to see their school gardens and learn a little bit about the programs offered there.
Bring a potluck item and stay for lunch after at Weir River Farm.
Holly Hill Farm offers adults and children educational programming to teach the value of sustainable farming principles that produce healthy food and foster stewardship of the land.
Weir River Farm is the last working farm in Hingham and offers the community a CSA and public programming including opportunities for pre-school and teenage children and vacation week camps.
