Join CT NOFA and Brienna Casadei of Terra Firma Farm in Stonington to learn about poultry farming. Brianne has 1000 layer hens which are pasture-raised in movable chicken coops. Bring a dish for a post-workshop potluck! The workshop and beginning farmer mixer are made possible by a grant from the National Institute for Food and Agriculture through the USDA Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program.
