 nDirections:\nAppleton Farms is located at 219 County Road (Rt. 1A) in
  Ipswich, MA. To get to route 1A and the farm:From Rt. 128 take exit 2
 0A on to Rt. 1A North. Stay on Rt. 1A North for about 7 miles, passing
  through North Beverly, Wenham, and Hamilton.  The farm entrance is o
 n the left just past the \"Entering Ipswich\" sign.  If traveling sou
 th on Rt. 1A from the north, the farm entrance is just past Waldingfie
 ld Road on your right. (Do not turn on to Waldingfield, as that leads 
 to one of Appleton's remote parking areas.) If you see the \"Entering 
 Hamilton\" sign, you've just missed the farm and should turn around. I
 t will be just ahead on your left.Two stone pillars and a green-and-wh
 ite \"Appleton Farms\" sign mark the entry drive.  Once you have ente
 red the farm, follow the dirt road and bear right when the road forks.
  When you come to a four-way intersection, go straight ahead toward a 
 large, white building-this is the Old House, which houses the farm off
 ices and Visitor Center. The parking area is just to the right of the 
 Old House. Please drive slowly as we have many pedestrians, cows, hors
 es and tractors on the roads!*Please note: Appleton Farm's 219 County
