CT NOFA will hold its 28th Annual Winter Conference Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Manchester Community College from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The keynote speaker will be green activist, author and entrepreneur Michael Shuman.
This year’s conference will offer over thirty sustainable lifestyle workshops for the gardener, cook, farmer and land care professional. Classes ranging from beekeeping, cheese making, hands on bread making, beer brewing thru permaculture. For all persons interested in local organic food and agriculture. Local Vendors and exhibits.
